Job Summary

EduRun Group is hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Outbound Calling Agents for an NBFC process. The role involves engaging with potential and existing customers, promoting financial products and services, generating business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and other customer outreach channels.
- Explain and promote financial products and services to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Persuade and negotiate effectively to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction.




- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Stay updated on products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Achieve assigned calling, conversion, and sales targets.

Requirements

- 6 months to 3 years of experience in Outbound Calling, Telecalling, Telesales, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of any regional language is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced NBFC setting.

Ideal Candidate

Candidates with experience in NBFC, Banking, Financial Services, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Acquisition will be preferred.

Pay: ₹305,000.00 - ₹380,000.00 per month
