ManpowerGroup India is seeking an experienced Manager Order to Cash to lead and manage end-to-end OTC operations. The role requires deep expertise in billing, invoicing, collections, dispute management, GST compliance, e-invoicing, TDS, bank reconciliation, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, process efficiency, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Order to Cash (OTC) process, ensuring smooth execution and compliance across all stages.
- Lead billing and invoicing operations, ensuring accuracy, timely processing, and adherence to statutory requirements.
- Drive collections and receivables management activities to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
- Handle customer disputes and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and enhanced customer experience.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Finance, Operations, Sales, and Compliance teams, to streamline OTC processes.
- Ensure compliance with GST regulations, e-invoicing requirements, TDS provisions, and internal control frameworks.




- Oversee bank reconciliations and related financial processes to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and business insights for leadership review.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in Order to Cash (O2C/OTC) operations.
