DESIGNATION : OT Technician – IVF Hospital

DR Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a skilled and responsible OT Technician to support operating theatre activities and assist the medical team in maintaining a safe and hygienic clinical environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare the operation theatre, instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
- Assist doctors and the clinical team during surgical and IVF-related procedures as required.
- Maintain proper sterilization and disinfection of surgical instruments and OT equipment.
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital safety standards.
- Ensure the availability of necessary surgical instruments and consumables.
- Monitor the cleanliness and readiness of the operation theatre before and after procedures.
- Handle OT equipment carefully and report any technical issues promptly.
- Maintain OT records, sterilization logs,



and procedure-related documentation.
- Coordinate with nurses, doctors, and other clinical staff to support smooth OT operations.
- Follow hospital policies, patient safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma or relevant qualification in OT Technology / Operation Theatre Technology.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; hospital or IVF experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of sterilization, infection control, and OT procedures.
- Valuable teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
