Role Description The OT Technician at Rènueva Aesthetics is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, supporting safe and efficient procedures in the operation theatre. The technician prepares the OT before each procedure by arranging instruments, equipment, and materials, ensuring all items are sterilized and functioning properly.

During procedures, the OT Technician assists clinicians by handing instruments, maintaining aseptic technique, and monitoring the availability of supplies. The role includes cleaning and reprocessing instruments, maintaining OT inventory, documenting equipment usage, and adhering to infection control protocols and safety standards.



The technician also collaborates with the clinical team to schedule procedures, support patient preparation, and contribute to a calm, organized, and respectful environment.

Qualifications

- Formal training or certification as an OT Technician or in Operation Theatre Technology from a recognized institution.
- Knowledge of OT procedures, sterile techniques, and infection control practices in surgical or aesthetic settings.
- Ability to handle, prepare, and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and consumables safely and accurately.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to follow clinical protocols and checklists.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with doctors, nurses, support staff, and patients.
- Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, on a full-time schedule, including extended or flexible hours when required.
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining records, inventory, and scheduling support.
- Prior experience in an OT, aesthetic clinic, dermatology, or related healthcare environment is an advantage.
