Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated OT Technician to assist the surgical team in preparing and maintaining the operation theatre, handling surgical instruments, and ensuring proper infection control and patient safety during surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and arrange the operation theatre before surgical procedures.
- Assist surgeons, anesthetists, and nursing staff during operations.
- Prepare, handle, sterilize, and maintain surgical instruments and equipment.
- Ensure proper infection control, sterilization, and aseptic techniques.
- Monitor the availability of OT equipment, instruments, and consumables.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the operation theatre.
- Follow hospital protocols and patient safety standards.
- Maintain OT records, checklists, and documentation as required.
- Coordinate with the nursing and clinical teams for smooth OT operations.

Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification:



Diploma or relevant certification in Operation Theatre Technology (OTT).
- Experience: Freshers or experienced candidates may apply, depending on hospital requirements.
- Skills: Knowledge of surgical instruments, sterilization procedures, infection control, and OT protocols.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and handle emergency situations.
