: Finance & Accounting Operations

Processes: PTP, Payments, PO/Non-PO, OTC, Billing, Deductions, Collections, Cash Application, Revenue Management.

Experience: 10+ years, depending on the role.

Job Responsibilities

- Handle invoice processing, PO/Non-PO invoices, and vendor payments.
- Manage order-to-cash, customer billing, and accounts receivable.
- Perform collections, cash application, and customer account reconciliation.
- Investigate deductions, payment discrepancies, and billing disputes.
- Support revenue reconciliation, financial reporting, and month-end closing.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and SLAs.




- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to resolve queries.

Required Skills
- Experience in PTP, OTC, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, or related finance processes.
- Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
- Valuable Excel, analytical, communication, and reconciliation skills.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.
- Ability to meet quality, productivity, and SLA targets.

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
