Responsibilities

- Provide skilled nursing care in the operating theater, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Assist the surgical team by preparing and handling surgical instruments and supplies.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and overall condition during surgical procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment through diligent sterilization procedures and infection control practices.
- Support surgeons and anesthetists with surgical procedures and emergency interventions as required.
- Document clinical information accurately and promptly during and after surgeries.
- Prepare patients for surgery and provide postoperative care and instructions.
- Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure effective workflow and adherence to protocols.
- Participate in emergency situations by providing immediate nursing care and support.
