Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced OT Nurse to assist in ophthalmic surgical procedures and ensure smooth and safe operation theatre activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and maintain the OT for ophthalmic surgeries.
- Assist ophthalmic surgeons during procedures.
- Prepare and handle surgical instruments and equipment.
- Maintain sterilization, hygiene, and infection-control standards.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
- Maintain OT records and ensure availability of surgical supplies.
- Coordinate with surgeons, anesthetists, and other OT staff.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant OT experience, preferably in an eye hospital.
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing with valid registration.
- Knowledge of OT procedures and infection-control practices.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
