We are looking for an experienced and dedicated OT Staff Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team. The candidate will be responsible for providing quality nursing care and assisting the surgical team before, during, and after surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the Operation Theatre, instruments, equipment, and supplies before procedures.
- Assist surgeons and anesthetists during surgical procedures.
- Maintain strict infection control and aseptic techniques.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
- Ensure proper handling, counting, and sterilization of surgical instruments.
- Monitor patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.




- Maintain accurate patient records and OT documentation.
- Follow hospital policies, safety protocols, and clinical standards.
- Coordinate effectively with doctors, anesthetists, and OT staff.

Eligibility
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- 2–15 years of relevant OT experience.
- Hospital experience is mandatory.
- Solid knowledge of OT procedures, infection control, and patient safety.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
