Location: Chennai

Work Mode: 5 Days of Work from the Office

Experience: L1: 3–5 Years and L2: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver OT cybersecurity awareness and training programs.

Customize training materials based on OT roles, responsibilities, and associated risks.

Conduct classroom, e-learning, and hands-on training sessions.

Track training participation and evaluate program effectiveness.

Update training content based on emerging cyber threats and security incidents.

Maintain training records, awareness campaign reports, feedback, and improvement logs.

Support continuous improvement of OT cybersecurity awareness initiatives.

Required Skills

Experience in creating and delivering cybersecurity training programs.

Understanding of OT/ICS environments and OT cybersecurity risks.

Knowledge of training best practices,



participation tracking, and effectiveness metrics.

Robust communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to develop role-specific training content and awareness materials.

Experience Expectations L1 (3–5 Years):

Training administration, participation tracking, record maintenance, and delivery of established awareness materials.

L2 (5–8 Years): Independent development of training content, training delivery, effectiveness assessment, and continuous improvement.
