About the Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and curious Organisational Psychologist (0–2 years) who is eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with us. This role offers hands-on exposure to organisational psychology consulting, client engagement, project coordination, L&D;, and business development.

What You’ll Be Working On

1. Client Engagement & Project Coordination

Support client discussions, understand requirements, coordinate projects, and ensure timely communication and follow-ups.

2. Proposals, Research & Documentation

Assist with client proposals, presentations, program outlines, reports, and research on organisational psychology and workplace trends.

3. Business Development & Client Relationships

Support LinkedIn outreach, professional networking, follow-ups, pipeline management, and identifying potential client opportunities.

4. Learning & Development Initiatives

Support the design, customisation, and execution of leadership development, behavioural learning, employee engagement, and workplace programs.

5. Organisational Psychology & Intervention Design

Apply organisational psychology concepts to research, assessments, frameworks, and practical interventions addressing workplace and behavioural challenges.

Team Collaboration & Ownership

Work closely with senior team members, manage assigned responsibilities, and gradually take ownership of projects and client-facing work.

Who We’re Looking For

- Master’s degree in Organisational Psychology, Industrial/Organisational Psychology , or a closely related field.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience ; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Robust written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable with PowerPoint, Excel, Google Workspace, and research tools.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities.
- Curious about organisations and the application of psychology to real workplace challenges.
- Willing to take initiative, learn, accept feedback, and work collaboratively.
- Comfortable with client communication, professional outreach, and follow-ups.
- Based in Delhi NCR and available for client meetings/on-site engagements when required.
