Order Dispatch and Customer Care Executive

Studio Covers | Ecotech 6, Kasna, Greater Noida (On-site, Full-time)

You’ll get every order packed, shipped and delivered on time, and you’ll be the first person customers speak to when they need help regarding their orders.

What you’ll do

- Process Shopify and Myntra orders daily and prepare them for dispatch
- Book shipments with courier partners and share tracking with customers
- Follow up on delays, failed deliveries and returns
- Keep dispatch sheets and order records accurate
- Answer customer queries on WhatsApp, email and calls relating to their orders
- Escalate complex issues with clear notes

You should have

- Shopify or Myntra experience preferred
- Good Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Clear, polite written and spoken English and Hindi
- Strong attention to detail and a calm manner with customers

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
