Our services include advisory, implementation, application support, solution assessments, integrations, AI-enabled solutions, product development, and training.

We are expanding our Oracle WMS Cloud practice and are looking for consultants who can contribute to implementation, enhancement, integration, and support engagements.

Role Overview

Palletbees is looking for an Oracle WMS Cloud Consultant with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Oracle WMS Cloud / LogFire .

The consultant will be responsible for understanding warehouse business requirements, designing solutions, configuring Oracle WMS Cloud, supporting integrations, conducting testing, and assisting with deployment and post-go-live support.

The role requires a good understanding of warehouse operations as well as the ability to work directly with customers, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze warehouse business and operational requirements.
- Map business processes and translate requirements into Oracle WMS Cloud solutions.
- Configure Oracle WMS Cloud based on approved solution designs.
- Support warehouse processes including:
- Receiving
- Putaway
- Replenishment
- Inventory Management
- Picking
- Packing
- Shipping
- Cycle Counting




- Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
- Participate in solution design workshops with customers and project teams.
- Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Assist with cutover, deployment, go-live, and stabilization activities.
- Troubleshoot functional, configuration, and integration issues.
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
- Support Oracle WMS Cloud integrations with Oracle ERP, SCM, OIC, EBS, OTM, GTM, and third-party applications.
- Work with API, EDI, middleware, and interface-based integrations.
- Support Web Reports, labels, and other WMS Cloud reporting requirements.
- Deliver user training and prepare user documentation where required.
- Provide post-implementation and production support.
- Contribute to solution standards, reusable configurations, and implementation best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on Oracle WMS Cloud / LogFire experience .
- Strong understanding of warehouse and distribution processes.
- Experience configuring Oracle WMS Cloud.
- Experience participating in Oracle WMS Cloud implementation, rollout, enhancement, or support projects.
- Good understanding of inbound, outbound, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
- Experience with SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and distributed project teams.

Preferred Qualifications Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle ERP / SCM Cloud
- Oracle E-Business Suite
- Oracle Transportation Management (OTM)
- Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM)
- REST APIs
- EDI integrations
- MuleSoft or other middleware platforms
- Oracle WMS Cloud Web Reports
- Label configuration
- Multi-site or global WMS implementations

Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.

Relevant Oracle certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
