Key Responsibilities Functional Leadership - Lead requirements gathering workshops and fit-gap analysis sessions. - Analyze business processes and translate requirements into scalable PLM solutions. - Design and configure Oracle Cloud PLM modules and related SCM touchpoints. - Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), configuration workbooks, and business process flows. - Define PLM governance and product lifecycle strategies aligned to business objectives. Oracle Cloud PLM Implementation - Configure and implement: - Product Data Hub (PDH) - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) - Innovation Management - Quality Management - Product Change Orders - Item Management - Product Structures BOM Management - Support product introduction, product changes, engineering collaboration, and compliance processes. - Manage item, supplier, and manufacturing master data governance. Solution Design Integration - Define integrations between PLM and: - Oracle SCM Cloud - Manufacturing Cloud - Procurement Cloud - ERP Financials - Oracle EBS - Third-party CAD/PLM systems - Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, conversions, and extensions. - Support data migration strategy and execution. Testing Deployment - Develop test scenarios, test scripts, and support SIT/UAT. - Lead defect triage and issue resolution. - Conduct launch readiness assessments and deployment planning. - Support production cutover and hypercare activities. Stakeholder Management - Serve as trusted advisor to business and project leadership. - Provide status updates, risk mitigation, and RAID management.



- Mentor junior consultants and conduct client knowledge-transfer sessions. - Drive adoption of PLM best practices and industry standards. - Oracle Cloud PLM Certification preferred.
- Experience delivering at least 3-5 Oracle Cloud PLM implementations.
