Role Overview

We are looking for a strong Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant for a part-time job support opportunity.

Candidates must have hands-on Oracle HCM implementation experience and should be strong in both functional and technical aspects. Profiles with only functional support or only technical experience will not be preferred.

- Integration development/support
- End-to-end Oracle HCM implementation

Implementation Experience - Mandatory Candidates must have hands-on end-to-end implementation experience, preferably covering:

- Oracle HCM Core HR implementation
- Oracle Talent Management implementation
- OIC-based HCM integrations
- FDI/data loading and migration
- Redwood experience
- Oracle HCM Security implementation
- Requirement gathering and solution design
- Configuration, testing and deployment
- Production support and issue resolution
