Oracle HCM Cloud – OTL Functional Consultant

Experience: 10+ years

Location: Pune, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Noida, Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate joiners or currently serving notice (joining by October)

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) to deliver end-to-end implementations and work closely with business stakeholders on time and attendance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver end-to-end Oracle HCM OTL implementations, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support
- Configure and support time entry, time cards, time processing, time categories, time calculation rules, and approval workflows
- Translate time and attendance requirements into Oracle HCM solutions
- Perform functional testing, support SIT/UAT, and resolve issues




- Support integrations and dependencies between OTL and related HCM modules
- Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user-support materials
