Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Oracle Payroll, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). The candidate should have hands-on experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support across multiple Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Conduct business workshops and gather client requirements.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Core HR, Payroll, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) modules.
- Prepare functional design documents, setup documents, configuration workbooks, and test scripts.
- Configure enterprise structures, legal entities, business units, positions, jobs, grades, and workforce structures.
- Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, payroll processing, costing, and statutory requirements.
- Configure recruitment lifecycle including requisitions, candidate experience, offer management, and onboarding processes.
- Support data migration activities and validate migrated data.
- Perform SIT, UAT testing and support defect resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
- Provide production support and recommend process improvements.




- Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales activities as required.

Functional Expertise
- Solid hands-on experience in:

- Oracle Fusion Core HR

- Oracle Fusion Payroll

- Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll business processes.
- Knowledge of Payroll Fast Formula and HDL/HSDL processes.
- Experience with security configuration and role-based access controls.
- Exposure to Absence Management and Benefits will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, HR, or related field.
- Oracle Fusion HCM certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong client-facing and consulting experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in global implementation projects preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
