Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion skilled with strong expertise in extracting, transforming, and delivering data from Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion data models, reporting tools, APIs, and data extraction techniques to support analytics, reporting, integrations, and downstream data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract data from Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, including ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.
- Develop and maintain data extraction processes using Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and other relevant Oracle Fusion reporting tools.
- Work with Oracle Fusion REST APIs and SOAP web services to retrieve data from cloud applications.
- Understand Oracle Fusion data models, business objects, tables, and relationships.
- Develop SQL queries and data extraction logic to retrieve and validate business data.
- Support bulk data extraction and integration with external databases, data warehouses, and analytics platforms.
- Troubleshoot data extraction failures, performance issues, and data inconsistencies.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand data requirements.
- Maintain data quality, accuracy, completeness, and consistency across extracted datasets.
- Document extraction workflows, mappings, dependencies,



and technical specifications.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud.
- Practical experience with Oracle BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI reporting.
- Strong SQL skills for data analysis, validation, and extraction.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion REST APIs and/or SOAP web services.
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion data models and underlying business objects.
- Experience extracting data from Oracle Fusion ERP, HCM, or SCM modules.
- Understanding of data integration, ETL processes, and data migration concepts.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating Oracle Fusion data with external data warehouses or analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with FBDI, HDL, or other Oracle data-loading and migration mechanisms, where relevant.
- Familiarity with Python or other scripting languages for automation.
- Experience with incremental extraction, scheduled data pipelines, and data reconciliation.
- Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Databricks.

- Able to independently identify the appropriate Oracle Fusion data sources and extraction methods.
- Comfortable working with large datasets and complex business data structures.
- Capable of translating business requirements into reliable extraction processes.
- Experienced in resolving technical data access and reporting challenges.
