Title: Oracle Fusion Cloud Setting & Access Administrator
Location: Bangalore
Exp: 7+ Yrs
:
- Management of interventions with Oracle Cloud Operations, Oracle Support and OMCS with regard to the P2T and T2T cloning processes, together with coordination of the downstream changes for PaaS and IaaS infrastructure. This involves the following types of activities:
- Monitor and check for notifications (clones, patches, outages)
- Check Cloud service portal
- HCM SFTP password resets via Cloud Service Portal
- Follow current cloning process for SaaS, PaaS & IaaS
- Perform any Post Cloning tasks
- Updating documentation and tracking
- Act as facilitators/gatekeepers for clone requests/issues
- Raise necessary SRs and RFCs for cloning
