Key Responsibilities

Design and build custom RBAC frameworks, configure data security policies and SoD controls, and manage user provisioning, role mapping, and identity management

Define the end-to-end process for adding, changing, and removing users, roles, and policies

Execute and assist with configurations across Fusion modules using FSM, and set up and maintain enterprise structures including Ledgers, Business Units, and Organizations

Assess and act on the impact of Oracle's quarterly cloud updates

Create and maintain custom job, duty, and abstract roles in the Security Console, aligned with business and audit requirements

Configure data access sets, security profiles, and auto-provisioning rules

Analyze and resolve SoD conflicts, and support security audits and access reviews

Prepare and maintain security design and configuration documents

Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, with actual configuration and build work, not functional consulting





Proven experience with Oracle Fusion security frameworks: RBAC, SoD, and Data Security Policies

Hands-on experience with the Security Console, custom role design, and user and role provisioning

Hands-on FSM configuration and Enterprise Structure setup (Ledgers, Business Units, Legal Entities)

Working knowledge of FBDI and HDL for user, role, and configuration data loads

Working knowledge of BIP/OTBI for security and access reports

Positive to Have

Experience with multi-country or multi-region Oracle Fusion deployments

Familiarity with Redwood UI, Page Composer, or Visual Builder

Exposure to enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, SAP, or legacy ERP platforms

Oracle Cloud certifications in any relevant module

Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud / Advanced Access Controls (AAC)
