About the Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Contracts Management Functional Consultant for a 12-month onsite assignment in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, with strong specialization in Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts, Procurement, and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Oracle professional based in India to work on a large-scale enterprise implementation in Saudi Arabia, collaborating directly with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts.
- Conduct requirement-gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional solutions.
- Design and configure Contract Authoring, Contract Terms Library, Clause Management, Templates, Deliverables, and Amendments.
- Configure contract approval workflows, security roles, and Oracle BPM approvals.
- Ensure seamless integration between Enterprise Contracts, Procurement, Supplier Management, and Financials.
- Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRP), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and training materials.
- Support production cutover, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization.
- Recommend Oracle standard functionality and best practices to optimize business processes.
- Assess Oracle Fusion quarterly updates and their impact on implemented solutions.
- Provide functional guidance and mentorship to project team members.

Mandatory Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall Oracle ERP functional consulting and implementation experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation experience.
- Minimum 3 full-cycle Oracle Fusion Enterprise Contracts implementations, preferably as Functional Lead.
- Strong functional background in Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain Management.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Oracle Fusion implementations.
- Experience conducting workshops, managing UAT, and supporting production cutover.
- Excellent English communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a customer-facing consulting environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications.
- Experience with Oracle Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, and Sourcing.
- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud.
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion AI capabilities.
- Experience implementing Oracle Fusion for multinational or large enterprise organizations.
- Previous onsite consulting experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region.
- Familiarity with Agile implementation methodologies.
