- Oracle Database Administration and Database Patching
- Monitoring and supporting Oracle Data Guard & OEM 13c
- Installation, upgrade, migration and administration of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022)
- OS patching and firmware upgrades
- IIS / Tomcat / Apache configuration and support
- Windows job scheduling and OS-level application support
- Executing change requests and resolving critical incidents
- Coordinating with OEM/vendors for hardware and software-related issues
- Supporting DC-DR Switchover / Switchback activities
• Maintaining Incident, Change, RCA and Build documentation
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of Oracle DBA L1 level
- Experience in a Production Support environment
