Job Requirements:
Deliver optometry training in refraction, dispensing, and technical processes to Lenskart staff.
Improving training effectiveness by constantly upgrading with the latest methodologies, performing role plays, and cutting-edge team-building activities with a customer-centric approach.
Measure results and provide timely feedback to learners.
Develop and maintain content for the various learning needs.
Constantly monitor the performance of store staff by visiting stores, and conducting mock sessions as quality training interventions
