Job Title: Oracle EBS R12 Financials Functional Consultant

Experience: 810 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Financials Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle financial modules, financial business processes, system configuration, and data migration. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Financials while ensuring accurate financial transactions and smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Oracle EBS R12 Financial modules, including GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and E-Business Tax.
- Understand business requirements and translate them into functional configurations and solutions.
- Manage financial processes, including General Accounting, financial closing, and Multi-Org structures.
- Support Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and finance-related SCM integrations.
- Participate in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and data migration activities.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation,



migration testing, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot functional and integration issues.
- Use basic SQL/PL/SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct testing, and deliver solutions.
- Provide production support and ensure system stability and accurate financial reporting.

Required Skills:

- 8–10 years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Financials.
- Strong functional expertise in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and E-Business Tax.
- Valuable understanding of accounting principles, Multi-Org, and period-end financial closing.
- Experience with P2P processes and finance-related SCM integrations.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full-cycle implementation or data migration project.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
- Excellent communication, client management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
