Position: Optometrist / Lens Consultant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a customer-focused Optometrist / Lens Consultant to provide professional eye-care assistance, recommend suitable lenses, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct eye examinations and assess customers’ vision (Optometrist).
- Recommend suitable lenses, frames, and optical solutions based on customer needs.
- Explain lens features, coatings, and available options to customers.
- Assist customers in selecting eyewear and provide product guidance.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow store procedures.

Requirements:

- Exp: 1-2 years
- Diploma or Degree in Optometry for the Optometrist position.
- Relevant optical retail or lens consulting experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of lenses, frames, and optical products.

Preferred Skills: Customer service, product knowledge, communication, and sales skills. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
