Role Summary

Seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Security & SoD Consultant to assess the current access control framework, role design, segregation of duties, privileged access, and user access management processes within Oracle EBS 12.2.7. The consultant will identify control gaps, security risks, and optimization opportunities, and provide practical recommendations aligned with leading practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Review Oracle EBS roles, responsibilities, menus, functions, and access model.
- Assess role standardization and identify duplicate, redundant, or excessive access.
- Validate user access against job responsibilities and business needs.
- Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and identify conflicting access combinations.
- Review compensating controls for identified SoD risks.
- Assess privileged access (e.g., SYSADMIN, APPS, DBA)



and associated monitoring controls.
- Evaluate user provisioning, modification, deprovisioning, and periodic access review processes.
- Review access governance, approval workflows, and compliance with internal control requirements.
- Conduct stakeholder workshops and document findings, risks, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the final assessment report and executive presentation.

Required Experience

- 8+ years of Oracle EBS Security experience.
- Preferred CISA Certified
- Solid knowledge of Oracle EBS security architecture and access controls.
- Hands-on experience with SoD reviews, user access assessments, and role optimization.
- Familiarity with ITGC, audit, compliance, and access governance practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management, analysis, and reporting skills.
