Role Overview The Business Development Manager will be primarily responsible for generating new business for Options Advertising Company. The candidate will identify and approach potential direct clients, brands, agencies and businesses that can advertise on the company’s outdoor media inventory. This is a new-business acquisition role requiring prospecting, networking, pitching and closing skills.

Key Responsibilities



Identify new prospective clients across industries.



Build a strong pipeline of potential advertisers.



Approach brands, companies, advertising agencies and media agencies.



Introduce Options Advertising Company and its portfolio of outdoor advertising sites.



Pitch hoardings, LED displays and other OOH advertising opportunities.



Arrange meetings with marketing heads, brand managers, media planners and decision-makers.



Understand client campaign requirements and recommend suitable media options.



Prepare and present media proposals and presentations.



Coordinate commercial quotations with management.



Follow up consistently with prospects and convert opportunities into confirmed campaigns.



Generate new direct-client business for the company.



Develop relationships with advertising and media agencies that are not currently working with the company.







Maintain records of prospects, meetings, proposals and conversion status.



Track sales opportunities and submit periodic business development updates.



Identify new sectors and companies that are actively investing in outdoor advertising.



Attend relevant meetings, networking opportunities and industry interactions.



Work closely with management on key accounts and large-value opportunities.

Candidate Profile



Graduate in any discipline.



Prior experience in sales, business development, advertising or media preferred.



Experience in OOH/media sales will be a strong advantage.



Excellent communication and presentation skills.



Confident in cold calling, networking and meeting new clients.



Strong negotiation and closing ability.



Self-motivated and target-oriented.



Comfortable travelling locally across Mumbai for client meetings.



Existing relationships with brands, agencies or media professionals will be an advantage.
