Role & responsibilities

1.Carryout literature searches in patent databases amp; prepare patent landscapes.

2.Freedom to operate evaluation for various jurisdictions like India,US,EP,CA,EP,CA,AU,ROW.

3.Assistance to Research amp; Development team: Should have sound technical knowledge about various dosage forms (Orals,Topical,Injectable,Inhalers) which will help Ramp;D in developing formulations which is aligned with IP strategy.

4.Patentability search,filing and prosecution of patent

5.Provide technical inputs for on-going patent litigation: Should have experience in managing ANDA litigations, drafting notice letters, drafting response, technical write up an should be well worse with US,EP and Indian case law.

6.Patentability analysis, drafting and filing of patent application in India and other

7.To Support the product identification team with necessary IP due diligences for product selection.
