Job Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in colour masterbatch manufacturing.
- Knowledge of operating twin-screw extrusion machines.
- Ability to set machine parameters and monitor production quality.
- Experience in basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of raw materials, pigments, and colour dispersion.
- Ensure production efficiency, product quality, and machine safety.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in colour masterbatch manufacturing.
- Practical knowledge of twin-screw extrusion machines.
- Experience in machine operation, setup, and process parameter adjustment.




- Knowledge of basic mechanical maintenance and machine troubleshooting.
- Understanding of colour matching, pigment dispersion, and masterbatch quality standards.
- Ability to identify and resolve routine production issues.
- Valuable teamwork, discipline, and commitment to production targets.
