The Operations Support Services role within Kotak Private Banking-Product Manager department is responsible for maintaining high‑quality operational processes that underpin the bank's premium products. You will collaborate with product managers, technology teams, and external partners to ensure service reliability, regulatory adherence, and continuous improvement of operational workflows.

- Monitor and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for private banking operations.
- Coordinate daily activities between product managers, technology, and support teams.
- Handle escalations and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Develop, update, and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure compliance with RBI and internal regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
- Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage relationships with third‑party vendors and service providers.




- Support training and onboarding of new operational staff.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
