Role Description The Operations Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role oversees day-to-day operational activities, including managing service schedules, coordinating with house help workers, and ensuring smooth delivery of services to customers.

Lead monitors performance metrics, resolves operational issues, and implements process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction. The role also includes supervising and mentoring team members, conducting regular check-ins,



and collaborating with other departments to align operations with company standards and goals.

Qualifications

- Strong Operations Management skills, including process optimization and workflow coordination.
- Proven People Management abilities, such as team leadership, mentoring, and conflict resolution.
- Focus on Customer Satisfaction, with experience in handling customer feedback and service recovery.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
- Excellent Communication skills for clear interaction with customers, workers, and internal teams.
- Experience in service or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Management, or a related field preferred.
