About the Role

All In One Aussie Cleaning is looking for an energetic, organised and results-driven Operations & Sales Virtual Assistant to join our remote team.

This role combines sales, customer service, lead management and daily operations coordination . You’ll be responsible for converting enquiries into bookings, communicating with customers, coordinating cleaning teams and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to inbound enquiries and make outbound calls
- Convert leads, handle objections and secure bookings
- Provide quotes and create accurate work orders
- Communicate with customers before, during and after services
- Schedule and coordinate cleaners and daily jobs
- Manage cancellations, rescheduling and operational issues
- Prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain accurate CRM, customer and job records
- Support daily operations and improve job scheduling efficiency

What We’re Looking For




- Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 level)
- Robust sales, customer service and phone communication skills
- Experience in sales, lead conversion, operations or virtual assistance
- Confident negotiation and objection-handling abilities
- Strong computer, CRM and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent organisation, multitasking and time-management skills
- Self-motivated, reliable and comfortable working independently
