About Sampoorna Yoga Sampoorna Yoga is one of India's leading international yoga retreat centres, welcoming students from over 90 countries since 2010.

Our campus currently comprises approximately 70 guest rooms across two properties, six yoga shalas, two restaurants, two gyms, a swimming pool, extensive tropical gardens and our newly launched Beachfront Ashtanga Yoga Retreat.

More than 90% of our guests are international visitors, and our vision is to create one of the world's most welcoming, inspiring and professionally operated yoga retreats.

Your Responsibilities

You will lead the day-to-day hospitality operations across both properties, including:

- Reception & Guest Relations
- Housekeeping
- Maintenance Coordination
- Restaurants & Kitchen Operations
- Food Quality & Service Standards
- Inventory & Quality Control
- Daily Operations & Staff Coordination
- Guest Experience & Complaint Resolution
- Google Review Management & Guest Feedback
- Team Recruitment, Training & Development
- Daily Briefings & Department Meetings
- Creating SOPs, operational manuals and checklists from scratch
- Continuously improving systems, efficiency and operational standards

You will also recruit, train and mentor Hotel Management interns, helping us build a strong long-term hospitality team. This Position Is Not for Everyone

Ideal Candidate

- Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a reputed 5-star hotel, luxury resort, boutique resort or yoga retreat.
- Experience in Hotel Operations, Rooms Division, Front Office, Housekeeping,



Guest Relations or Hospitality Operations.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Outstanding leadership and people-management skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Extremely self-driven, proactive and accountable.
- Passionate about training, mentoring and developing people.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Google Docs, Google Sheets and Excel.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to create SOPs, manuals and reports.
- Comfortable working with international guests from different cultures.
- Interest in yoga, fitness, health or conscious living is strongly preferred.

How Success Will Be Measured Success in this role will not be measured by how busy you are.

It will be measured by your ability to:

- Build comprehensive SOPs and operational manuals from scratch.
- Create systems that significantly reduce owner dependency.
- Improve housekeeping standards and operational excellence.
- Deliver consistently exceptional guest experiences.
- Improve guest satisfaction and online reviews.
- Recruit, train and develop outstanding hospitality teams.
- Build accountability across every department.
- Create a culture of professionalism, ownership and continuous improvement.

The first 90 days will be considered your probation period. During this period, we expect you to demonstrate leadership, create meaningful systems, improve operational standards and contribute measurable value to the organisation.

Successful completion of probation is performance-based, not time-based.

Future salary increases will be based entirely on your performance, ownership, contribution and results after joining Sampoorna Yoga, not on your previous designation or years of experience.
