Role & responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities:

- Manage QSR outlets across the beverages (coffee)

- Take ownership of the end-to-end restaurant experience and product quality across outlets.

- Oversee and ensure supply chain efficiency in coordination with the Kitchen Operations Manager.

- Take charge of recent store launches, including site readiness, setup, and rollout.

- Oversee store-level marketing execution to drive footfalls and sales.

- Manage manning across outlets, including staffing, rostering, training, and productivity.

- Drive quality management and consistency across food safety, hygiene, and service standards.

- Monitor operational and P&L; metrics across the QSR network.
