Operations Manager Experience Centre

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to manage the end-to-end operations, project execution, technical coordination and maintenance of an Experience Centre.

The role will be responsible for:

- Managing experience centre fit-out, renovation and project execution activities from planning to handover.
- Coordinating with architects, designers and contractors on layouts, drawings, space planning and design changes.
- Reviewing AutoCAD drawings and coordinating MEP services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, BMS, AV and security systems.
- Managing BOQs, costing, work orders, measurements, project budgets and timelines.
- Identifying, evaluating and managing vendors for interiors, MEP, AV, housekeeping, security, maintenance and other services.
- Handling RFQs, negotiations, contracts, SLAs, AMC, vendor performance and commercial settlements.
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the Experience Centre, including maintenance, cleanliness, product displays, AV systems, lighting and visitor readiness.




- Managing preventive and corrective maintenance, assets, warranties and emergency response.
- Leading facility, technical, housekeeping, front-office and vendor teams.
- Managing OPEX and CAPEX budgets and preparing MIS reports on projects, costs, vendors, maintenance and operations.
- Ensuring compliance with safety, fire, statutory and building regulations.

Candidate Profile:

- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering, B.Arch, or relevant Diploma with robust experience in project execution, facility management or experience centre operations.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, MEP coordination, HVAC, electrical systems, BOQ, costing, vendor management and fit-out projects.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in commercial interiors, fit-outs, retail, showroom, experience centre, facilities or similar environments will be preferred.
