Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of luxury trains, ensuring seamless service delivery to passengers.

- Oversee food and beverage services on board, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control.

- Develop and implement effective strategies for guest handling, customer satisfaction, and loyalty programs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth train operations, maintenance schedules, and budgetary compliance.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain high standards of hospitality at all times.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-10 years of experience in hotel management or related field (luxury trains preferred).

- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management (BHM /BHMCT) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.

- Proven track record of excellent leadership skills with ability to manage diverse teams effectively.

- Robust knowledge of hospitality operations, tourism industry trends, and marketing principles.
