Position: Operations Manager

Locations: Karnataka | Tamil Nadu | Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

About the Role:

KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee regional operations, strengthen branch performance, ensure process compliance, and drive operational excellence across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day operations and performance of branches across the assigned region.
- Monitor branch processes, operational efficiency, portfolio quality, and collections.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Lead, guide, and support branch teams to achieve operational objectives.
- Identify operational gaps and implement effective corrective measures.
- Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for smooth business operations.




- Conduct regular branch visits and monitor compliance and performance.

Education: Bachelors Degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.

Experience & Skills:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in NBFC / Banking / Financial Services.
- Solid leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
