Key Responsibilities

- Assign tasks to team members and monitor progress.
- Plan and schedule meetings, projects, and deliverables.
- Track project timelines and team performance.
- Resolve operational issues and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain reports, trackers, and operational documentation.

Requirements

- Robust communication and leadership skills.
- Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience in operations or project coordination is an advantage.
