Profile: Operations Manager – Jewellery Showroom

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom and sales team.

- Ensure every customer is welcomed, attended to and guided properly.

- Understand customer requirements and direct them to the right jewellery segment – Gold, Diamond, Bridal, etc.

- Support the sales team in handling customers and help them whenever required.

- Ensure customers are given the right jewellery options as per their needs and budget.

- Take care of the complete process from customer enquiry to finalisation, billing and delivery.

- Coordinate customised jewellery orders and ensure timely completion and customer updates.

- Track pending orders, customer enquiries and follow-ups.

- Ensure timely payment collection and follow up for pending payments.

- Handle significant customers, complaints and escalations whenever required.

- Coordinate with billing, accounts, inventory and other teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor team performance and ensure a smooth and premium customer experience.
