Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and project execution for industrial flooring projects. This role coordinates project planning, resource allocation, and scheduling to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and adherence to safety and compliance standards.

The Operations

Manager will supervise site teams, manage vendor and contractor relationships, and monitor material procurement and inventory.



Additional responsibilities include optimizing operational processes, tracking budgets and performance metrics, resolving operational issues, and collaborating with sales and technical teams to meet client requirements and service expectations.

Qualifications

- Operations and project management skills, including planning, scheduling, resource management, and process optimization.
- Experience in construction or industrial flooring environments, with knowledge of concrete floor systems, waterproofing, and finishing techniques.
- Robust leadership and team management skills, with the ability to supervise site staff and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in communication and collaboration, including client interaction, vendor coordination, and cross-functional teamwork.
- Ability to use basic project management and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, spreadsheets, project tracking software).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant experience in operations or site management within the construction or industrial flooring sector.
