Key Responsibilities:-
- Oversee daily guest operations, including admissions, discharges, and overall stay experience
- Coordinate between the front office, therapy, medical, and housekeeping teams
- Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and patient care are consistently maintained
- Handle guest queries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy
- Maintain documentation, reports, and compliance standards (including NABH protocols)
- Train and supervise hospitality staff to deliver premium service standards
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
