Role Description The Business Specialist role at Taxcart is a full-time remote position focused on supporting the growth and efficiency of our commercial operations. In this role, the Business Specialist analyzes business performance data, identifies trends, and provides insights to optimize sales, pricing, and customer engagement.

Daily activities include preparing reports, contributing to business plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the implementation of process improvements.

Specialist will interact with customers and internal stakeholders to understand needs, resolve issues, and ensure a high level of service quality. This role also contributes to documentation, internal knowledge sharing, and continuous refinement of business workflows.

- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
