Key Responsibilities

- Verify and manage KYC documents for vendors and delivery partners.
- Handle customer returns, refund requests, and related follow-ups.
- Manage vendor and delivery partner payouts and settlement records.
- Maintain accurate operational records and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Track pending cases and ensure timely resolution of operational queries.

Requirements
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.




- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage records accurately.
- Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
- Freshers and students are welcome to apply.
