We are looking for an experienced Operations Head with a minimum of 8 years of experience to oversee operations across all our retail stores, ensuring smooth functioning, sales growth, profitability, and consistent operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end operations across all company-owned and franchise stores.
- Monitor store sales, revenue, profitability, and achievement of targets.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, hygiene, food safety, and service standards.
- Lead and guide Area Managers, Store Managers, and store teams.
- Conduct regular store visits and operational audits.
- Control inventory, wastage, operational costs, and stock discrepancies.
- Drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams.
- Monitor manpower planning, productivity, and staff performance.
- Review daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in retail, QSR, food service, or multi-store operations.
- Proven experience managing multiple outlets and leading operations teams.
- Robust knowledge of sales, cost control, inventory management, and profitability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across store locations as required.

Salary: As per experience and suitability.
