About the Role

Curious about what happens behind the scenes of a hotel booking?

We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Operations Intern who wants to learn how hotel operations work beyond the front desk.

This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain practical exposure to Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), reservation coordination, guest operations, and sales support.

You'll work closely with our central operations and sales teams to understand how multiple boutique properties are managed from a central office.

Key Responsibilities

1. OTA Management & Support

- Learn how platforms such as Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Agoda, and other OTAs operate.
- Assist in monitoring reservations, availability, rates, and booking-related updates.
- Coordinate with OTA support teams to resolve booking discrepancies and operational issues.
- Learn the basics of inventory management, rate plans, and OTA extranets.

2. Guest Operations & Coordination

- Coordinate with property teams for smooth guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Monitor guest arrivals, departures, and special requests.
- Assist in resolving booking-related or operational concerns during guest stays.
- Ensure timely communication between guests, hotel teams, and the central office.

3. Reservation & Operations Support

- Maintain accurate booking records and operational updates.
- Track booking modifications, cancellations, and guest requests.




- Assist with daily operational reports and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with property managers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

4. Sales Team Support

- Assist the sales team with booking confirmations and reservation coordination.
- Support follow-ups, booking amendments, and guest communication.
- Coordinate with property teams to fulfill confirmed booking requirements.
- Provide operational assistance wherever required.

Who We're Looking For

- Fresh graduates or students pursuing Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email communication, and computers.
- Valuable organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and solve problems.
- Interest in hospitality, hotel technology, OTA platforms, and operations.

Prior experience with OTAs or hotel operations is not mandatory. We value curiosity, ownership, and willingness to learn.
