Job Overview

Pumo Technovation is looking for a confident, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Executive to monitor CRM activities, student attendance, training progress, trainer performance, and LMS usage. The candidate will coordinate with students and trainers, identify operational issues, and prepare regular reports for management.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Monitor CRM records, student details, attendance, and course progress.
- Call students regularly to understand their learning progress, attendance, and challenges.
- Collect feedback on trainers, course content, and training quality.
- Track trainer schedules, class completion, and syllabus progress.
- Monitor student and trainer usage of the LMS application.
- Identify attendance issues, training delays, and operational gaps.
- Update student interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams to resolve issues.
- Prepare daily, weekly,



and monthly operational reports.
- Share performance updates and operational concerns with management.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidence in communicating with students over phone calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and internet applications.
- Comfortable using CRM, LMS, and web-based applications.
- Good coordination, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
