Role Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Intern to join our Coimbatore team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client coordination, document handling, and transaction updates, ensuring smooth operational processes and a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities





- Act as the primary point of contact for clients on operational matters.
- Collect, verify, and manage customer documentation accurately.
- Maintain and update customer information across internal systems and portals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processing.
- Communicate transaction updates to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Proactively follow up with clients and internal teams to close pending items.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience (freshers with strong aptitude may also apply).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Excel or similar data management tools.
- Proficiency in Hindi and Malayalam would be an added advantage.
