Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented operations executive to manage daily operational activities, data verification, documentation, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily operations and backend process execution.
- Perform data entry, verification, and validation.
- Maintain MIS reports, trackers, and operational records.
- Manage documentation, KYC, and document verification.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.




- Ensure timely completion of tasks as per TAT and quality standards.
- Identify discrepancies and escalate issues when required.
- Follow SOPs and maintain data confidentiality.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Operations, Backend, Customer Service, banking, or NBFC.
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to work efficiently within deadlines.

Salary: Up to ₹4 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and interview performance.
