Operations Executive

We are looking for an Operations Executive who will be responsible for managing orders and ensuring smooth order fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receive and process orders on the computer system
- Pick required spare parts from warehouse inventory
- Verify parts against orders and pack them properly
- Coordinate and hand over orders to delivery boys/riders
- Maintain accurate order & inventory records
- Follow SOPs and processes for order handling, packing & dispatch
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve order-related issues
- Ensure orders are processed within defined TAT/SLA

Requirements:

- Good Hindi communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge & ability to operate web-based applications
- Positive attention to detail and order accuracy
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
- Experience in spare parts, warehouse, retail or order operations is an advantage
