Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Operations Executive to support the day-to-day operations of the park. The role will involve coordinating with various departments, ensuring smooth visitor operations, maintaining service standards, and supporting the team in delivering a protected, clean, and enjoyable guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day park operations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Coordinate with Guest Relations, Security, Housekeeping, F&B;, Maintenance, and other operational teams.
- Ensure high standards of guest service, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest queries, complaints, and operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor operational areas and ensure compliance with company SOPs and safety guidelines.




- Support crowd management and smooth movement of guests during peak hours and special events.
- Conduct regular operational checks and report deviations to the reporting manager.
- Maintain daily operational reports, checklists, incident reports, and other required documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of maintenance and facility-related issues.
- Support the planning and execution of events, promotions, and special activities at the park.
- Monitor staff deployment and assist in ensuring adequate manpower availability across operational areas.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and statutory safety requirements.
- Support emergency response and incident management as required.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Candidates with experience in Amusement Parks, Theme Parks, Hospitality, Retail, F&B;, Entertainment, or other customer-facing operations will be preferred.
